How we buy

One loan, a steady flow, or the whole book.

Every structure follows the same six steps and the same bid standard. Pick the one that fits how you lend.

Modern small multifamily building

Most sellers start with one loan. Some move to flow once the relationship is set up, and some bring us a pool when they want to recycle a book. The process is the same each time: submit a tape or register the loans in the CorrFirst seller portal, get a bid within 24 hours, and if you accept, deliver the file for diligence. Our bid holds through the commitment period unless diligence finds a material defect.

Structures

Four ways to sell.

Single loans

Submit one loan by tape or the seller portal and get a bid within 24 hours. Any size.

Flow

A standing agreement: you originate to our buy box and sell loans as they close, without renegotiating each one.

Forward

We commit to buy loans before you originate them. Terms are agreed with the desk up front, so you know your exit before you fund.

Bulk

A pool or the whole book, bid loan by loan. Pull loans out or add them and we re-cut the bid without starting over.

Every structure

The same six steps, every time.

  1. Step 1

    Submit

Upload a loan tape, or register your loans in the CorrFirst seller portal.

  2. Step 2

    Get a bid

We send a price on each loan or the pool.

  3. Step 3

    Accept and deliver

If you accept, deliver the loan file.

  4. Step 4

    Diligence

Our AI underwriting reviews the entire file (valuation, construction feasibility where relevant, and every loan condition), and our underwriters clear it.

  5. Step 5

    Purchase

Once diligence is cleared, we buy the loan when the collateral documents are received and cleared.

  6. Step 6

    Servicing transfer

    Servicing moves after purchase.

Common questions

How we buy: common questions

Can I re-cut a pool after you bid?
Yes. We bid loan by loan, so removing or adding loans changes the bid for those loans only. You don't start over.
Is there any obligation once I send a tape?
No. A bid is an offer to you, not a commitment from you. Nothing is binding until you accept it.
How do forward commitments work?
We agree in advance to buy loans you will originate to an agreed buy box, over an agreed period. The terms are agreed with the desk and written into the commitment before you fund.
Do I need to be approved before you bid?
No. Send the loan and we bid. Seller approval runs alongside it and is in place before we close.
