Submit Your Loan

Send your loan data file (single loan or bulk tape) to your CorrFirst representative or upload through the secure portal. We accept:
• Single loans
• Mini-pools
• Bulk portfolios
Acceptable formats: Excel, Fannie 3.2, or custom templates.

Receive a Bid

Our team will analyze your tape and provide a quote—typically within 24–48 hours. For single loans, we often turn pricing even faster.

3.
Due Diligence & Docs

Once pricing is accepted, we begin due diligence and documentation. We’ll walk you through everything needed to move to close.

4.
Close & Fund

CorrFirst ensures a smooth and timely close with transparent funding timelines. Funds are delivered as agreed—no surprises.
